【摘要】 目的探讨初发2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)与血小板参数的相关性。方法检测90例住院或门诊的初发T2DM患者和90例健康体检者(对照组)的血压、血小板参数[包括血小板计数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)和血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)]、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血脂[三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]等指标。结果 (1)初发T2DM组患者FBG、TC、TG、MPV及PDW均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)T2DM患者中,IR组患者FBG、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、TC、TG、MPV及PDW均显著高于非IR组(P<0.05);T2DM组患者中MPV与HO-MA-IR呈正相关(r=0.351,P=0.03);(3)IR组在IR改善后FBG、HOMA-IR、TG、MPV、PDW较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05)。结论初发T2DM患者的血小板活性增强,改善IR可降低血小板活性,对防治糖尿病血管并发症有益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between insulin resistance and the platelet parameters in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients.Methods Blood press,the platelet parameters [including blood platelets count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),and platelet distribution width(PDW)],fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin,blood lipid[triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)] were determined in 90 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes and 90 healthy controls.Results Levels of FBG,TG,TC,MPV,and PDW in the newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(P<0.05).Among T2DM patients,levels of FBG,HOMA-IR,TG,TC,MPV,and PDW in the insulin resistance group were significantly higher than those in the non-insulin resistance group(P<0.05);MPV level was positively correlated with HOMA-IR(r=0.351,P=0.03).Levels of FBG,HOMA-IR,TG,MPV,and PDW significantly decreased in the insulin resistance group after treatment in comparison with before(P<0.05).Conclusion The activity of platelet is enhanced in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients,which could be reduced by improvement of the insulin resistance status.更多还原
