【摘要】 目的了解天津市农村居民对农村卫生适宜技术的利用及满意度情况。方法随机抽取接受适宜技术服务的患者12 311例,调查居民接受适宜技术的情况及对卫生适宜技术服务的技术效果、费用、安全性及方便程度4个层面的满意度。结果患者对卫生适宜技术的效果总满意度均在85%以上。腹腔镜微创治疗胆囊结石技术在费用和安全性方面的患者满意度相对较低,中医诊疗技术的患者满意度相对较高。结论天津地区推广的农村卫生适宜技术经济、有效、安全、可及,满足了患者的卫生需求,患者对所接受的卫生适宜技术比较满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the utilization condition of health appropriate technology services for rural residents and their satisfaction in Tianjin.Methods Totally 12 311 patients who received rural health appropriate technology services were randomly sampled.The utilization condition of the appropriate technology services by the residents and their satisfaction about the result,cost,security and convenience of the services were investigated.Results The total patients′ satisfaction on the health appropriate technology services was above 85%.The satisfaction on cost and security of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were lower relatively,while the satisfaction on traditional Chinese medicine was higher relatively.Conclusion The rural health appropriate technology services of Tianjin are inexpensive,effective,safe and accessible,which meets the demand of rural patients,and the rural residents in Tianjin are generally stisfied with the health appropriate technology services.更多还原
