【摘要】 目的比较分析西双版纳傣族与玉溪傣族居民的生命质量,并探讨其影响因素。方法按照整群抽样的原则,分别抽取云南省玉溪市新平县及西双版纳傣族自治州勐腊县各2个傣族自然村,采用自行设计的个人生活习惯调查表及世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)中文版进行调查。结果两地傣族总体生命质量及健康状况的得分分别为(54.1±16.3)分和(56.3±21.7)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。玉溪傣族在生理功能、心理功能和社会关系领域的得分高于西双版纳傣族,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在环境领域得分低于西双版纳傣族,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西双版纳傣族和玉溪傣族居民的生命质量不尽相同,并受文化程度、职业、患慢性病等因素的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and compare the quality of life in Dai villagers in Xishuangbanna and Yuxi of Yunnan province.Methods The cluster sampling was used in choosing two villages respectively in Xinping county of Yuxi city and Mengla county of Xishuangbanna autonomous prefecture.The villagers were investigated with a self-made questionnaire about the life custom and the Chinese Version of WHOQOL-BREF.Results The scores of overall quality of life and health in two groups of Dai villagers were(54.1±16.3) and(56.3±21.7) respectively,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The scores of domains of physiological function,psychological function and social function in villagers in Yuxi were higher than those in Xishuangbanna(P<0.05),but for the score of environmental domain was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of life in Dai villagers is different in Yuxi and Xishuangbanna,and it is influenced by factors of education,occupation and chronic diseases.更多还原
