北京市西城区2005—2009年疑似预防接种异常反应监测分析

【摘要】 目的分析北京市西城区2005—2009年疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)的发生特征,评价AEFI监测系统的运转情况,为开展疫苗安全性的评价提供比较全面、具有科学性和可比性的资料。方法通过中国免疫规划监测信息管理系统和儿童预防接种信息管理系统,收集西城区2005—2009年报告的AEFI个案数据,采用描述性方法进行流行病学分析。结果北京市西城区2005—2009年AEFI报告发生率为4.54/10万,2009年报告发生率明显高于2005年,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.864,P=0.009)。发生率较高的分别为麻风疫苗(79.65/10万)、全细胞百白破疫苗(38.15/10万)、无细胞百白破疫苗(27.91/10万)、肺炎疫苗(27.19/10万)。一般反应24例(38.10%),以弱、中度的局部红肿(41.67%)和发热(33.33%)为主要临床表现;异常反应29例(46.03%),以过敏性皮疹(44.83%)和无菌脓肿(24.14%)为主要临床表现;偶合症8例(12.70%),心因性反应2例(3.17%)。结论北京市西城区2005—2009年未发生严重异常反应,AEFI监测系统运转正常;对评价疫苗的安全性提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 Objective The study is to analyze the occurrence features of AEFI in Xicheng District of Beijing,and to evaluate the run condition about AEFI Surveillance.At the same time,providing comprehensive scientific and comparable data to evaluate immunization safety.Methods AEFI data of 2005—2009 were collected though the China information system and the Children Immunization Information System.The descriptive methodology was used in the study.Results The report incidence rate of AEFI was 4.54 per million in Xicheng,2005—2009.The report incidence rate in 2009 was much higher than 2005(χ2=6.864,P=0.009).MR /a-dpt /w-dpt/Pneumovax had a higher incidence rate.24 cases was common minor reaction with fever and local swelling;29 cases was rare serious reaction with anaphylactic rash and sterile purulent;8 cases were coupling diseases;2 cases were psychogenic reaction.Conclusion There were not too much serious reaction in Xicheng district,2005—2009.The system run well and provided a basis for the vaccine safety.
