成都市男男性行为者艾滋病相关羞辱和歧视的现状研究
Status of HIV/AIDS Related-Stigma and Discrimination Among Men Who Have Sex With Men in Chengdu City
【摘要】 目的了解成都市男男性行为者(MSM)艾滋病相关羞辱和歧视的现状,分析其影响因素,为在该人群中开展艾滋病反歧视活动提供有效的干预策略。方法采用"滚雪球"的方法招募MSM,用自行设计的问卷以匿名填写的形式进行调查。结果超过70%的MSM表示愿意接受一般的HIV感染者,而对感染了HIV的同性朋友的歧视得分较高,主要表现在不愿意使用感染者用过的马桶、浴盆或杯子;对感染了HIV的同性性伴的歧视得分更高,主要表现为对其性权益的剥夺。艾滋病相关知识得分和有无接触HIV感染者影响MSM艾滋病相关歧视得分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MSM知识得分与歧视问卷中歧视行为得分、歧视态度得分及歧视总得分均存在直线相关(r值分别为-0.341、-0.289及-0.353,P<0.01)。结论成都市MSM对HIV感染者仍存在一定程度的歧视;在同志社区开展反歧视干预应加强艾滋病知识的全面教育,在社区支持性环境的建立下,应积极鼓励HIV感染者的参与。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of HIV/AIDS related-stigma and discrimination and its influencing factors among men who have sex with men(MSM) in Chengdu city,so as to provide effective intervention strategies to reduce HIV related-stigma and discrimination.Methods Snowball sampling techniques were applied to recruit MSM participant in the MSM community,and every subject was investigated by anonymous questionnaire.Results More than 70% MSM were willing to accept the general HIV positive person,but for the scores for discrimination against the homosexual friends were higher.The main forms of stigma and discrimination were reluctant to use the toilet,tub or cup which the infected person had used.The score of discrimination against their homosexual partner with HIV infection was even higher,which was meanly marked by the end of sex between them.Statistic showed that HIV/AIDS related knowledge and whether contacted with the infected person affected HIV related-stigma level among MSM(P<0.05).The score of MSM related knowledge was linearly correlated with discrimination behavior score,discrimination attitude score and the total discrimination score(r=-0.341,-0.289 and-0.353,P<0.01).Conclusion A certain degree of HIV related-stigma and discrimination was existed among MSM in Chengdu city,Intervention on anti-HIV-discrimination in the gay community should be strengthened to carry out the comprehensive education.HIV-infected persons may also be encouraged to participate in the intervention under the supportive community environment.
