【摘要】 目的探讨高频超声在触诊阴性乳腺病灶诊治中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析高频超声(10 MHz)对102例触诊阴性患者的乳腺138个病灶检查结果,并在超声定位引导下对病灶穿刺活检。结果 126个病灶良性,12个恶性。良性病灶高频声像图特征为形态规则,边界清晰,回声均匀,内部无钙化,后方无衰减。良性病灶均在超声定位引导下完全切除。12个恶性病灶中,7个病灶超声图像发现微钙化,10个后方有衰减。乳腺病灶出现后方衰减和微钙化高度提示为恶性。恶性病灶均行保乳手术。结论高频超声能够观察到触诊阴性乳腺病灶的图像特点,并且在穿刺活检和切除治疗中发挥定位及引导作用,对乳腺癌的早期诊治具有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application value of high frequency ultrasonography in diagnosis and treatment of nonpalpable breast lesions.Methods The high-frequency ultrasonographical examination results of 102 patients with nonpalpable breast lesions(138 lesions) were analyzed retrospectively,and puncture biopsy was performed guided by ultrasound locatization.Results A total of 126 benign lesions and 12 malignant were found.The ultrasonography imaging characteristics of benign breast lesions were as follows:regular morphology,clear border,even echo without internal microcalcifications or rear attenuation.The benign lesions were excised completely guided by ultrasonography.Microcalcifications were seen in 7 malignant lesions,rear attenuation in 10 malignant lesions.Breast lesions with microcalcifications and rear attenuation indicated malignance.Breast-conserving surgeries were done.Conclusion The imaging features of nonpalpable breast lesions can be observed with high-frequecy ultrasonography.It plays an important role not only in early diagnosis and treatment but also in localization and guidance of puncture biopsy and lesion excision.更多还原
