【摘要】 目的观察半侧面肌痉挛(hemifacial spasm,HFS)的A型肉毒毒素(BTX-A)治疗效果;探讨治疗前后面神经F波检测的意义。方法对138例患者局部肌肉进行小剂量BTX-A多点重复注射,其中40例治疗前后行F波检测。结果 138例患者接受小剂量BTX-A重复注射4个疗程后,症状改善率分别为98.60%、94.74%、96.15%和95.89%;患侧的F波波幅增高,时限增宽,出现率增加,与健侧比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,患侧的F波波幅减低,时限缩短,出现率降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论小剂量BTX-A重复多点局部注射法简便易行、安全有效,可作为眼睑及面肌痉挛治疗的首选方法。F波检测表明患者面神经核兴奋性升高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To further observe the effect of botulinum toxin A(BTX-A) in the treatment on hemifacial spasm(HFS) patients and to investigate the values of F-waves before and after BTXA injection. Methods 138 patients with Blepharospasm and Hemifacial spasm were given BTX-A injection,and the changes of F-waves in 40 cases were recorded before and after the injection. Results After four times BTA injection,the effective rate was 98.60%,94.74%,96.15%,95.89% respectively.The F waves had amplitude heightened,time limit expanded,occurrence rate increased,and the difference was significant compared with the healthy side(P<0.01).After treatment,the F waves had amplitude lowered,time limit shortened,occurrence rate reduced,and the difference was significant compared with those of before treatment(P<0.01). Conclusion The treatment on Blepharospasm and HFS with injection of BTX-A is very effective and may be considered the best choice.The determination of F-waves reveals the increase of excitability of intermittent neuron in brain stem of patients.更多还原
