【Abstract】 The current state of information literacy of students at colleges and universities in regions inhabited by ethnic groups is analyzed by case study of colleges and universities in Yunnan through the questionnaire which includes four core elements of information literacy and key factors of effect information literacy education,to dissect existing key issues of information literacy education,and put forward corresponding policies and measures to cultivate the information literacy of student at colleges and universities for information-based society and westward great-leap-forward development.更多还原
