沉淀分离-EDTA滴定法测定铝合金中镁
Precipitation separation-EDTA titrate magnesium in aluminium alloys
【摘要】 建立沉淀分离-EDTA滴定法测定铝合金中镁含量。试样用NaOH溶解后,先以TEA-EDTA-H2O2一次性分离镁的大部分干扰元素,残余部分用联合掩蔽剂掩蔽,pH10条件下采用混合指示剂,以EDTA标准溶液滴定镁含量。用本法对不同牌号铝合金标准样品进行测定,其测定值与标准值一致,RSD<1.28%。
【Abstract】 It estabished the titration about the magnesium content in aluminium with precipitation separation-EDTA.After the sample was dissolved in the NaOH solution,most of the interference elements were first separated for magnesium by TEA-EDTA-H2O2,then the rest were masked by joint masking agent.Uner the condition of the PH=10 and mixed indicator,the magnesium content could be tested with EDTA standard solution.It is proved that this method is suit for different kinds of aluminum alloy,the result of testing can meet the sandard.RSD<1.28%.
