缓蚀剂在微乳化切削液中对铝合金防腐蚀性能的研究
Study on anticorrosion properties of inhibitors in microemulsion cutting fluid to the aluminium alloy
【摘要】 采用液相全浸腐蚀试验方法评定有机杂环型、脂肪酸型、硼酸胺型和含磷型等7种水溶性缓蚀剂对铝合金的防腐蚀性能的影响,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量色散谱(EDS)观察金属表面形态及元素分布。结果发现,苯并三氮唑和脂肪酸型缓蚀剂在微乳化切削液中对铝合金无缓蚀作用;2-巯基苯并噻唑钠在高浓度时对铝合金具有一定缓蚀作用;硼酸胺对铝合金不仅无缓蚀功效,增大剂量使用时还会加重腐蚀;而含磷型缓蚀剂对铝合金则有良好的缓蚀作用,其中以膦酸酯(JP)防腐蚀效果最为突出,是一种优良的铝合金缓蚀剂。
【Abstract】 The anticorrosion properties of seven different kinds of water-solubility inhibitors to the aluminum alloy,such as organic heterocyclic compound,fatty acid,amine borate and phosphoric compound inhibitors were assessed with the liquid immersion corrosive test method.The metal surface morphology and distribution of elements were observed by the Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and the Energy Dispersive Spectrometer(EDS).BTA and the fatty acids inhibitors were not anticorrosion properties in microemulsion cutting fluid;When concentration of NACAP was increasing,it had stated anticorrosion properties to the aluminum alloy.But the amine borate has no anticorrosion properties,furthermore it was happened aggravating corrosion if concentration of the amine borate was increasing.And the phosphoric compound inhibitors possed of well anticorrosion properties.The corrosion preventing effect of phosphonate ester was the most prominent.It is an excellent corrosion inhibitor for aluminum alloy.
