【摘要】 目的:探讨P53和P21ras基因在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜非典型增生和子宫内膜癌中表达情况,及其表达在病理诊断中的意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测15例正常子宫内膜、12例子宫内膜非典型增生和35例子宫内膜癌中P53和P21ras的表达情况。结果:15例正常子宫内膜中P53和P21ras基因表达阴性;12例子宫内膜非典型增生中2例P53阳性(16.6%)、1例P21ras阳性(8.3%);在子宫内膜癌中P53阳性20例(57.1%)、17例P21ras阳性(48.0%)。结论:P53和P21ras基因在子宫内膜增生性疾病中均有表达,在子宫内膜癌中高表达(,P<0.05),对子宫内膜癌的病理诊断提供有力依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To deal with expression and its significance of P53 and P21ras gene in Atypical endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer.Methods:The expression of P53 and P21ras of endometrium were measured by immunohistochemistry assay in 15 normal endometrial women,12 atypical hyperplasia women and 35 women with endometrial cancers.Results:The expression of P53 and P21ras gene showed negative in normal group,P53 and P21ras gene expressed positively was 2(16.6%) and 1 cases(8.3%) in atypical endometrial hyperplasia group respectively,and 20(57.1%) and 17 cases(48.6%) in endometrial cancers respectively.Conclusions:There is an expression of P53 and P21ras gene in endometrial hyperplasia diseases,especially higher in patients with endometrial cancer.更多还原
