【Abstract】 Based on the present situation,the material flow industry in Xining Economy and Technology Development Zone was investigated so as to find out the key issue of low material utilization ratio.The paper proposed material integration solutions,realizing coupling relationship between the industry internal and between industrial,solving the problems of S,CI balance in development zone,making full use of the by-products and waste,raising the utilization ratio of resource,improving the utilization rate of waste and reduce pollutants emission.更多还原
