Sr对Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金时效析出动力学及拉伸性能的影响

【摘要】 试验研究了微量Sr对Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金时效析出动力学及力学性能的影响。结果表明,当w(Sr)=0.033%时,合金中的两种时效相的激活能最低,而力学性能最好。Sr的加入导致了合金中原有热平衡的变化,从而影响了时效相的析出过程,继而使力学性能发生变化。

【Abstract】 The effect of minor strontium addition on ageing precipitation kinetics and tensile strength of Al-Mg-Si-Cu alloy has been investigated.The results show that the activation energy of the two aging phases is the lowest but the mechanical properties of the alloy are the best when the Sr addition is w(0.033%).The strontium addition in the alloy leads to the changing of original heat balance of the alloy,thereby the precipitation process of the aging phases is influenced and the mechanical properties are changed subsequently.
