【摘要】 目的评价肝移植术后不放置腹腔引流管的安全性。方法原位肝移植术后不放置腹腔引流管患者32例,观察其术后引流管相关并发症(胆瘘、腹腔出血、腹腔感染、腹腔积液、切口感染)的发生情况。结果 32例患者术后无发生胆瘘、腹腔出血、腹腔感染、切口感染等并发症,9例出现腹水较多,经行腹腔穿刺抽液后病情好转。结论肝移植术后不置腹腔引流管是安全可靠的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the safety of liver transplantation without intra-abdominal drainage.Methods Thirty-two cases of orthotopic liver transplantation(OLT)without intra-abdominal drainage were selected.Postoperative complications such as bile leakage,abdominal bleeding,abdominal infection,ascites and infection of incisional wound were monitored.Results No patient experienced bile leakage,abdominal bleeding,abdominal infection and infection of incisional wound.Nine patients developed massive ascites and were relieved by abdominal paracentesis.Conclusion OLT without intra-abdominal drainage is safe.更多还原
