基于PFC3D的半固着磨具剪切实验数值模拟分析

【摘要】 在以往有关半固着磨具模型试验和二维数值模拟的研究基础上,利用离散单元法中的三维颗粒流方法(PFC3D)建立半固着磨具三维颗粒流模型。以半固着磨具压缩比实验和虚拟压缩比试验曲线吻合作为PFC微观特性参数选取准则。通过半固着磨具虚拟剪切实验,得到各级平行连接切向刚度下剪应力与水平剪切位移关系和抗剪强度,进一步验证半固着磨具三维颗粒流模型建立的合理性。

【Abstract】 Based on the study on semi-fixed abrasive tool model test and simulation of two-dimentional data,the paper built up three-dimensional discrete element modle of semi-fixed abrasive tool(SFAT) with PFB3D(Particle Flow Code in 3 Dimensions).Taking the matching curve line of SFAT compression ratio experiment and virtual one as the selection standard for PFC micro specific parameters.Through SFAT virtual shearing experiments,the relation between the shear stress and the horizontal shear displacement under different parallel bond tangent stiffness were obtained.The rationality of three-dimensional discrete element model of SFAT was further testified
