基于损耗的换热网络优化方法研究进展

【摘要】 回顾近20年来对换热网络损耗方面的研究,从换热网络损失求解方法、目标函数的构建2个方面做出了总结,并分析了各方法的优势和尚待改进的地方,指出换热网络的设计应以分析为基础同时考虑与经济学和夹点方法进行结合。最后,展望了该领域今后的研究趋势,并提出了利用ηC-H图法和公式法联合求解换热网络损失的研究思路。

【Abstract】 The study on exergy dissipation of heat exchanger network(HEN) in recent 20 years was reviewed and two aspects of HEN based on exergy dissipation were summarized,which included the solution about exergy dissipation of HEN and the structure of objective function.The advantages and shortages of these methods were further discussed.In addition,the synthesis of HEN should take into consideration exergeconomic analysis and pinch technology simultaneously.Finally,the direction of study in the future was prospected,and a solution strategy on exergy dissipation of HEN by combining ηC-H diagram and formula method was proposed.
