反胶束体系中纤维素酶降解纤维素的研究

【摘要】 为减小酶与表面活性剂之间的静电作用,提高酶的活性,在丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠(AOT)/异辛烷反胶束体系中加入了正辛醇,并用微量量热法研究了AOT/正辛醇/异辛烷反胶束体系中正辛醇浓度(c),含水量(wo),pH及温度(T)对纤维素酶降解纤维素的影响.结果表明,正辛醇的加入确实有利于纤维素酶活性的提高,而在上述反胶束体系中纤维素酶降解纤维素的最佳条件是c=0.11mol.L-1,wo=3.1,pH=5.01,T=315.57 K.

【Abstract】 To reduce the electrostatic interaction between surfactant and enzyme,and to enhance the enzyme activity,n-octanol was added to the diocryl sulfosuccinate sldium salt(AOT)/iso-octane reverse micellar system.In this paper the influences of the concentration of n-octanol(c),the molar ratio of water to surfactan(wo),pH and temperature(T) on enzymatic degradation of cellulose in AOT/n-octanol/iso-octane reverse micellar system have been investigated using microcalorimetric method.The results obtained indicate that the addition of n-octanol can enhance the cellulase activity,and the optimal conditions for enzymatic degradation of cellulose in the reverse micellar system mentioned above was c=0.11 mol·L-1,wo=3.1,pH=5.01,T=315.57 K.
