PVP/乙醇体系下的静电纺丝工艺参数对成纤性状的影响
The Influence of Process Parameters on Eectrospinning Fibers Morphology by Using PVP Ethanol as Experimental Reagent
【摘要】 为了研究不同工艺参数对静电纺丝法所制得的纤维状无纺布膜中纤维的表面性状的影响,本实验采用PVP/乙醇溶液作为实验用剂,通过选取不同的纺丝工艺参数,采取控制变量法来全面、系统的研究不同工艺参数对静电纺丝法所得纤维的表面性状的影响。并使用spss13.0对纤维直径的分布做了统计分析。研究结果表明,溶液的浓度是影响纤维直径的决定性因素。这为以后静电纺丝工艺参数的设定提供一定参考。
【Abstract】 By using PVP/ethanol as experimental reagent and choosing different process parameters,control variable method was taken to comprehensivly and systematically study the influence of various process parameters on the electrospinning fibers morphology.And the fibers diameter distribution was analysed by using spss13.0.The testing result showed that the solution concentration was the decisive factor infecting fibers diameter.The analysis of the experimental results will provide some references for the following studies.
