【摘要】 采用CAE分析方法,可以帮助工程设计人员对汽车零部件进行强度分析,从而对设计进行前期工程优化与改进。针对某车型扭力梁安装支座开裂问题,在理论分析的基础上,基于Altair Hyperworks软件,给出了一系列的解决方案。最终,将其最大应力控制在合理的范围内,解决了工程实际问题,缩短了开发周期,节约了成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 Useing CAE analysis method,engineers can easily make strength analysis about automotive components,and make related engineering optimization and improvement.In this paper,the author will give some solutions on the torsion beam bracket.Finally,a good stress result will be achieved.It is solved practical engineering problems,shortened the development cycle and saved the cost.更多还原
