车用发动机跛行功能集中控制策略的研究
A Research on Centralized Limp Control Strategy for Vehicle Engine
【摘要】 提出了发动机跛行功能集中控制的新方法。为故障的确诊,引入故障去抖与自愈概念,提出了基于时间的去抖与自愈策略;针对车用发动机在各种工况下的控制功能,引入功能标识码(FID)的概念;通过建立故障的FID禁止列表、FID冲突列表及其动态优先级列表,实时改变FID的运行状态;系统的调度模块通过对FID运行状态的判断来决定其功能是否被执行,实现发动机故障时跛行功能的集中控制。台架与整车实验结果表明,所提出的策略能在发动机故障时实现跛行功能,满足车辆使用要求。
【Abstract】 A new centralized control strategy for limp home function of engine is brought forward.The concepts of fault debouncing and self-healing are introduced for fault assertion,and a time-based debouncing and self-healing strategy is proposed.Aiming at various control functions of vehicle engine under different working conditions,a concept of function identifier(FID) is introduced;By setting up the lists of FID inhibit handler,FID exclusion and dynamic priority,the operation states of FID are changed real-time.The scheduling module of system determines whether the function should be executed or not by judging the operation states of FID,thus realizing the centralized control of limp home function when engine faults occur.The results of bench and vehicle tests show that the strategy proposed can accomplish the limp home function of engine,meeting the requirements of vehicle operation.
