【摘要】 文章首先给出企业反竞争情报能力的具体内涵,并从组织内外两个方面着重分析其影响因素。然后,以此为基础,同时结合系统论的思想,将与反竞争情报活动过程相关的要素概括为核心能力,与企业内部影响力相关的要素概括为基础能力,与外部影响力相关的要素概括为外部支持能力,从而形成包括核心能力、基础能力和外部支持能力三个层次的反竞争情报能力结构模型。更多还原
