【Abstract】 Through the in-depth analysis and study on the characteristics of different subjects in emergencies in information dissemination,the paper believes that government dissemination reflects strong control,media dissemination displays strong domination,and public dissemination shows strong initiative.Based on this,the paper suggests the political responsibility of the government dissemination should be strengthened,the professional spirit of media dissemination should be developed,and the grassroots’ behavior of public dissemination should be regulated to promote the effective dissemination of emergency information and improve the efficiency of emergency management work.更多还原
