【Abstract】 By analysing the complicated characters of the complex project,this paper explores the advantages of grid technology in complex project crisis management and builds a grid-based crisis management system according to the complex project gird division and management procedures based on grid.The paper then explains the functions of every subsystem and analyses the safety strategy,designs the physical structures and gives a description of the operation of complex project crisis management grid system.Timely and efficient crisis disposal can be achieved via the designed crisis management grid system so as to minimize losses caused by the crisis.更多还原
