【摘要】 技术发展的周期性、波动性和阶段性对企业的专利管理提出了新要求,在开放式创新环境下,企业再也不能用封闭式创新模式下的固定方法管理其拥有的各类专利技术。技术生命周期(TLC)理论从总体上体现了技术演进的特征,企业应该根据技术所处的不同阶段选择合适的专利管理方式。基于TLC理论,提出了开放式创新条件下的企业专利管理模式,并通过摩托罗拉公司在全球移动通信技术(GSM)中专利管理的案例研究验证该模式的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new requirement is raised on the patent management in enterprises because of the cyclicality,fluctuation and periodicity of the technology.The company can not use "one-size-fits-all" method in closed innovation model to manage its all kinds of its patented technologies,especially under the open innovation circumstances.The evolving characteristic of technology is exhibited in the theory of technology life cycle(TLC).Proper management of patent should vary with the stage in the TLC of the relevant technology.This paper brings forward a new patent management model based on the theory of TLC under the circumstances of open innovation.A case study about Motorola’s IP management on Global System for Mobile(GSM) communications tests the validity of the model.The study provides academic and methodological underpinnings to the in-depth exploration on enterprises patent management model under the background of open innovation.更多还原
