【Abstract】 Capability building,a decisive factor for whether a firm can achieves its capabilities effectively,is an unsolved basic core issue in the firm capability theories.By analyzing the foreign literatures on capability building,the article argues that there are three main viewpoints concerning capability building including intellectual capital,organizational learning,and strategic process according to its theoretical base.The article then comments on the three in detail.In the end,a new analytical framework is put forward to integrate the previous studies.更多还原
