【摘要】 评述美国当代图书情报学家埃尔弗瑞达.查特曼日常生活信息查询行为理论研究的主要成果,其中包括对创新扩散理论、意见领袖理论、异化理论和满意理论的借鉴,以及信息贫穷理论、圆周生活理论和规范行为理论的提出。查特曼采用实证研究的方法,借鉴其他社会科学分支领域的理论,其研究成果在图书情报界产生了较为深远的影响,这不仅体现在对人类信息查询行为理论研究的丰富,而且为图书情报学研究方法的创新树立了典范。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper reviews the main achievements of E.A.Chatman,an American contemporary LIS scholar,in her theoretical research on everyday life information seeking behavior,including her reference to innovation diffusion theory,opinion leadership theory,dissimilation theory and satisfaction theory,and putting forward the theory of information poverty, the theory of circle life and the theory of normative behavior.By the use of the empirical research method,Chatman uses the theories of the branch domain of social science for reference,and her research achievements have made a substantial impact in the LIS field.She not only enriches the theoretical research on human information seeking behavior,but also sets a good example in innovation of LIS research method.更多还原
