【摘要】 针对目前的专利检索系统创新设计的需求,本文把TRIZ理论中的一些先进原理和方法应用于现有的专利检索系统当中,通过分析专利文献中隐含的创新点,提出一种基于TRIZ理论的专利检索系统模型。之后,文章以TRIZ理论中的冲突矩阵理论为依据,开发完成了建立在发明原理和工程参数基础之上的专利检索系统,应用该系统可以更有效的帮助用户获得对产品创新有用的专利参考方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the need of innovative design in present patent search systems,this article applied some advanced principles and methods in TRIZ theory to the existing patent retrieval systems,by analyzing the innovations in patent documents,proposed a modeling of TRIZ-oriented patent retrieval system.Then,according to the conflict matrix in TRIZ theory,this article discovers the patent retrieval system based on both the inventive theories and parameters,the application of this system could enable users to get their information which is helpful to innovation in a more effective way.更多还原
