【摘要】 目的了解昆山市流动人口参加医疗保险现状,探讨影响其参加医疗保险意愿的因素。方法采用整群抽样的方法从昆山市随机抽取10个工厂,对999名流动人口进行问卷调查。结果流动人口参保率为33.16%;影响其参加医疗保险意愿的因素主要有文化程度、打工时间、是否参加了医疗保险(P<0.05)。结论昆山市流动人口医疗保险参保率不高,他们对自身的健康风险认识不足,参加医疗保险意识不强,需加大医疗保险宣传力度,增强个人的医疗保险意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the condition of health insurance for floating population in Kunshan city and the influencing factors of willingness to participate in health insurance.Methods Totally 999 persons of floating population in Kunshan city were surveyed by cluster sampling.Results The participation rate of health insurance was 33.16%.The main factors that influence the willingness to participate in health insurance were Education background,duration of doing work and whether they have participated in the health insurance(P<0.05).Conclusion The participation rate of health insurance of floating population is lower,they do not completely realize the risk of their health,and willingness to participate in health insurance is not strong.So the propaganda should be strengthened to enhance the personal recognition to participate in health insurance.更多还原
