【Abstract】 Natriuretic peptide is a polypeptide with a variety of physiological effect,natriuretic peptide and cGMP system plays an important role in the pathophysiology of heart failure,myocardial infarction and myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury,and can be used for clinical heart failure and other cardiovascular disease detection and prognosis.In addition,recent progress had been made in the use of human recombinant ANP and BNP in the clinical treatment of heart failure.This article reviews the aforementioned issues.更多还原
