临床分离产金属酶铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性分析
Analysis of Antibiotic Resistance of Metallo-β-lactamase of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa in Clinical Isolates
【摘要】 目的研究临床分离耐亚胺培南(IPM)铜绿假单胞菌的产金属酶的检测方法及耐药特征。方法收集我院临床分离的40株耐IPM铜绿假单胞菌作为研究对象,采用EDTA纸片复合法、E-test法和PCR法分别检测产金属酶菌株,用微量肉汤稀释法测定抗菌药物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果 40株耐IPM铜绿假单胞菌EDTA纸片复合法筛选9株产金属酶菌株;E-test法筛选6株产金属酶菌株;PCR法仅检测到1株blaIMP-1和3株blaVIM-2耐药基因。产金属酶菌株呈多重耐药,对头孢他啶、亚胺培南大多数表现为高水平耐药;阿米卡星抗菌活性最好,其次为环丙沙星。结论目前从临床分离的产金属酶铜绿假单胞菌多重耐药现象严重。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the detection method and the resistance profile of metallo-β-lactamase Pseudomonas aeruginosa in clinical isolates.Methods A total of 40 P.aeruginosa isolates in our hospital were analyzed.The phenotype of Metallo-β-lactamase were screened by EDTA-IMP disk diffusion method and E-test method and PCR method.Susceptibility test was performed by determing minimum inhibitory concentrations.Results Nine of 40 imipenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginose isolate by EDTA-IMP disk diffusion method,6 of the strains were screened by E-test method,1 of the strains was found to produce IMP-1 and 3 of the strains were found to produce VIM-2.The strains produced Metallo-β-lactamase were multi-drug resistance,the strains with positive in PCR method highly resistant.The susceptibility to amikacin and ciprofloxacin highly active.Conclusion Isolates of multi-drug resistance pose a serious situation of Metallo-β-lactamase of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in patients.
