【摘要】 目的调查本地区健康人群和脑血管病患者血浆总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)的水平,以指导本地区TP、ALB参考范围的制定,并了解慢性病患者TP和ALB与健康人的差异。方法抽取20岁以上健康体检者536人的体检资料中血浆总蛋白和白蛋白含量,将神经内科脑卒中、脑出血、脑缺血等脑血管病患者312人的血液样本进行检验分析,并比较与健康体检者的总蛋白和白蛋白等的差异。结果健康人群TP高于临床通用参考值,ALB较低于临床通用参考值,脑血管病患者TP、ALB均显著低于健康人群。结论现在的临床TP、ALB参考值和人群实际值有一定差异,脑血管病患者TP、ALB与健康人群不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Research the blood plasma between the groups of health and blood vessel brain patients.In order to guide the region TP,ALB referenced limits formulation,and to understand the different of TP and ALB,between the two groups.Methods Select the 536 physical examination data of healthy group.And compared TP and ALB with the 312 patients of blood vessel brain.Results Healthy crowd TP above references and ALB below it.But the blood vessel brain patients′ TP and ALB are all significant below the healthy crowd.Conclusion The clinical TP,ALB reference and actual values have certain differences,and the TP and ALB of blood vessel brain patients are different with the healthy crowd.更多还原
