【摘要】 目的观察氯诺昔康复合丙泊酚在无痛人工流产术中应用的安全性及可靠性。方法将300例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级自愿接受无痛人工流产术孕妇随机分为氯诺昔康组(L组)、芬太尼组(F组)及丙泊酚组(B组),各100例。比较3组麻醉起效时间、手术持续时间、麻醉清醒时间、丙泊酚用量,并观察注药前、注药后3min收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)变化及术中镇痛效果、术后宫缩镇痛效果,观察麻醉期间不良反应及麻醉后并发症。结果 L组和F组麻醉起效时间、清醒时间及丙泊酚用量均优于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);注药后3min,3组患者血压、HR及SpO2水平均下降(P<0.05),B组患者SBP、DBP水平下降更明显(P<0.01);L组和F组术中镇痛效果及术后宫缩痛效果均优于B组(P<0.05),F组术中舌后坠、呼吸暂停、术后头晕、术后恶心呕吐发生率明显高于L组、B组(P<0.05),L组、F组苏醒期兴奋躁动发生率明显少于B组(P<0.05)。结论氯诺昔康复合丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产术安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the safety and reliability of lornoxicam combined with propofol in painless abortion operation.Methods 300 cases patients of ASA I～II class voluntary induced abortion of pregnant women were randomly divided into the lornoxicam group(L group),fentanyl(F group) and propofol group(B group),each of 100 cases.Recorded the onset time of anesthesia,operation duration,anesthesia recovery time,amount of propofol.observed before injection and after injection 3min SBP,DBP,HR,SpO2 and intraoperative analgesia,postoperative contractions analgesic effect.And observed adverse reactions during anesthesia and anesthesia complications.Results The onset time of anesthesia,anesthesia recovery time and amount of propofol of L group and F group were better than those of B group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);After injection 3min,the level of blood pressure,HR,and SpO2 of three groups were decreased(P<0.05),the level of SBP,DBP in B group decreased more significantly(P<0.01);The effect of intraoperative analgesia and postoperative contractions analgesic of L group and F group were berrer than those of B group(P<0.05),the incidence rate of tongue falling,apnea,postoperative dizziness,nausea and vomiting after surgery in F group were significantly higher than those of L group and B group(P<0.05),the incidence rate of restless excitement recovery period in L group and F group was less than that of B group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lornoxicam combined with propofol in painless abortion operation is safe and reliable.更多还原
