前列地尔联合甲钴胺辅治糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的观察前列地尔联合甲钴胺辅治糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法将DPN患者80例随机分成治疗组42例和对照组38例。在控制血糖基础上,对照组给予甲钴胺500μg肌内注射,每天1次,连续14d;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用前列地尔10μg+生理盐水100ml静脉滴注,每天1次,连续14d。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后神经传导速度。结果治疗组总有效率为97.6%高于对照组的65.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后正中神经和腓总神经运动传导速度(MCV)及感觉传导速度(SCV)均快于治疗前(P<0.05);且治疗组治疗后正中神经和腓总神经MCV及SCV均快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合甲钴铵辅治DPN,对神经传导速度及症状、体征的改善均有良好作用,且无明显不良反应,值得推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of alprostadil combined with mecobalamine in diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods 80 cases patients with DPN were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=42) and the control group(n=38).Based on the basic control of blood glucose,the control group were given intramuscular injection of mecobalamine 500μg,once a day,continuous 14d;The treatment group based on the control group were treated alprostadil 10μg+normal saline 100ml intravenous infusion,one time a day,continuous 14d.Observed treatment effect and before and after the nerve conduction velocity of two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(97.6%) was higher than that of the control group(65.8%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,MCV and SCV of median nerve and common peroneal nerve of two groups were faster than those before treatment(P<0.05);And after treatment,the MCV and SCV of median nerve and peroneal nerve were faster than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil combined mecobalamine in DPN,on nerve conduction velocity and symptoms,signs of improvement has a good effect,and no significant adverse reaction,should be widely application.
