【摘要】 目的客观研究和评价64层螺旋CT在诊断及治疗骨盆骨折中的临床价值。方法对该院放射科X线及64层螺旋CT影像资料完整的30例骨盆骨折患者进行回顾性分析,比较2种影像检查方法。结果在30例患者中,X线诊断与最终诊断一致12例(40%),行64层螺旋CT检查补充后确定最终诊断18例(60%)。结论 64层螺旋CT检查对骨盆骨折的分类、诊断及治疗具有重要意义,应作为躯干与四肢连接部位创伤诊疗中必要的、常规的检查手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research and evaluate the clinical effective value of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic fractures.Methods Retrospectively analyzed 30 cases patients with pelvic fracture of X ray and 64-slice spiral CT image data integrity,and compared with two different imaging methods.Results In 30 cases patients,X-ray diagnosis consistent with the final diagnosis in 12 cases(40%),underwent 64-slice spiral CT examination to determine final diagnosis in 18 cases(60%).Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT examination of pelvic fracture classification,diagnosis and treatment is important,should be connected as part of the trunk and limbs in trauma treatment is necessary,routine inspection means.更多还原
