【摘要】 目的探讨艾滋病神经系统病变的临床特征及发病趋势。方法对2005年5月～2010年5月收治的21例艾滋病神经系统病变及发病趋势进行回顾性分析,结果机会感染11例;进行性多灶性白质脑病1例;癫痫1例;脊髓病1例;中枢神经系统肿瘤1例;脑血管意外4例;发病趋势以无业,农民工,建筑工的男性流动人群为主。结论提高临床医师认识艾滋病神经系统受损的多样性及该病的发病人群的好发趋势,以便早诊断和加强防护。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and incidence trend of nervous system lesions in patients with AIDS.Methods The nervous system lesions in 21 patients with AIDS and the incidence trend from May 2005 to May 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 11 cases were opportunistic infections;1 case was progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy;1 case was epilepsy;1 case was spinal cord disease;1 case was central nervous system tumors;4 cases were cerebral vascular accident.The unemployed,migrant workers,construction workers are in great part of incidence trends.Conclusion The physician should pay more attention to the diversity of nervous system damage and the incidence trend,which is important for early diagnosis and strengthening the protection.更多还原
