【摘要】 目的:研究年龄相关性黄斑变性(age-related macular degeneration AMD)患者生存质量与中医症候的相关性,为AMD中医症候研究提供可量化指标。方法:对经按临床诊断标准和FFA确诊入选的115名AMD患者分组后填写中医症状量化表和生存质量量表,并将各组患者的中医证候得分与生存质量得分进行相关性分析。结果:生存质量中生理机能(physical functioning PF)、精力(vitality VT及社会功能(social functioning SF)与中医症状积分有相关性(P<0.01),一般健康状况(general health GH)与虚证积分有相关性(P<0.01)。结论:AMD患者的PF、SF、VT和GH随病人的中医症状加重而下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To study the relationship between TCM syndrome and survival quality of AMD for the instruction of treatment of AMD by TCM.Method From clinical study, records of 115 AMD patients were grouped based on fundus fluorecein angiography (FFA) and criteria of AMD diagnosis and filled in form of syndrome by TCM and form of survival quality. All the data analyzed statistically. Results The PF, VT and SF of survival qualities has correlation with the total clinical scores of symptom, and the GH of survival qualities has correlation with scores of deficiency.Conclusion PF,VT and SF among the survival qualities of the AMD patients is declining while the TCM syndrome is aggravating.更多还原
