【摘要】 目的:总结我院对Pilon骨折的治疗经验。方法:本观察共收录9例Pilon骨折患者,根据患者病情采用不同的治疗方法。结果:本组9例Pilon骨折患者根据踝关节评价标准,得出优6例,良2例,差1例,优良率88.8%。结论:Pilon骨折的治疗及预后与骨折损伤程度、分型及软组织损伤程度密切相关,而灵活选择骨折固定方式,是取得良好预后的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summerize some pilon fracture treatment experience Method: Recorded this observation Pilon fracture patients in 9 cases, according to the different Patients after the treatment. Result: Among Patients with fracture of 9 cases pilon obtained according to the ankle evaluation standard, optimal 6 cases good in 2 cases, poor, 1 case 88.8% dykes.
