【摘要】 [目的]建立测定泥土中氯硝柳胺含量的HPLC分析方法。[方法]以C18柱,流动相为甲醇-20 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(含磷酸0.1%)(体积比85∶15),检测波长为236 nm。[结果]方法的线性相关系数为0.999 9,相对标准偏差0.8%,平均回收率为97.54%。[结论]该方法准确,可用以测定泥土中氯硝柳胺含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 To establish a HPLC method for the determination of niclosamide in soil.[Methods]C18column wasused with the mobile phase of methanol-20 mol/L KH2PO4(including 0.1%phosphoric acid)(85:15,by vol).The detectivewavelength was 236 nm.[Resuts]The liner correlation coefficient was 0.9999,the RSD was 0.8%,average recovery was97.54%.[Conclusions] The method was accurate and could be applied for the determination of niclosamide in soil.更多还原
