离心叶轮反求设计与四轴数控加工研究
REVERSE ENGINEERING DESIGN AND 4-AXIS NUMERICAL CONTROL MACHINING OF CENTRIFUGAL IMPELLER
【摘要】 对于具有复杂曲面外形的零件采用反求设计,可以大大节约设计时间和设计成本。在介绍自由曲面离心叶轮的三维点数据采集和UG曲面重构的反求设计方法的基础上,给出了基于UG的整体叶轮的四轴数控加工工艺及避免刀具干涉与过切的检查方法,并通过叶轮四轴加工实践,验证了通过反求设计制造叶轮的不失为一种快速有效的方法。
【Abstract】 Reverse engineering design for the complicated free-form surface parts has saved the time and money.First,a kind of 3D data acquisition method for centrifugal impeller with free-form surface blade is introduced.Then the impeller data collected by three-coordinate-measuring-machine is processed and a solid model of the centrifugal impeller is built based on UG software.Finally,Using the mill multi-axis functions of the UG software,the tool paths of cutting the integral impeller are planned.Detection for interference in numerical control machining of impeller is presented.Examples verify that the method is correct and reliable.
