【Abstract】 This paper elaborates the necessity for universities to establish expert workstations,a new mode of "production,teaching and research cooperation",for the purpose of more effective extension of agricultural technology,the training of more practical talents of agri-science innovation and extension,the better solution of "agriculture,villages and farmers" issues,and the more coordinated service in urban-rural areas.The remarkable achievement of NAU Expert Stations shows that for the healthy operation of the stations,the university administration should strengthen the leadership of the stations,speed up the research achievement transformation,perfect agricultural technology extension service system,adopt measures suiting local conditions and with classifications,enhancing policy support,and set up long-term special fund.更多还原
