【Abstract】 With the characteristics of realism,pragmatism and flexibility,the Master of Agricultural Extension Program agrees with China’s national higher education’s support for the new rural construction in the 12th Five-years Plan.To eliminate the deficiencies in the education and management of the program,the present paper suggests extending recruiting channels,improving the standard of candidates,optimizing the course set-up,innovating the teaching methodology,strengthening the tutorship,enhancing the faculty,and standardizing the thesis design and thesis defense procedure.更多还原
