一次风弯头对旋流燃烧器出口气固相流动的影响
The effect of primary air duct elbow on gas-|solid flow of swirling burner outlet
【摘要】 利用数值模拟方法对一种新型的双通道旋流燃烧器的流场和一次风出口处的气固分布进行冷态模拟,并通过搭建1∶2的冷模试验台来对冷态和气固两相的流场进行测量,然后与模拟结果进行对比。数值模拟与试验表明,弯头对燃烧器出口的气固两相流速度和浓度分布有影响,其中速度偏差达32%,浓度偏差达17%,设计和运行过程中应重视弯头的布置。
【Abstract】 Numerical simulation is used to perform cold simulation of flow field and gas-|solid distribution of the outlet of primary air flow for a new dual-|channel turbulent burner,and the flow field of the cold and gas-|solid is measured through building a 1 :2 model test-|bed,then it is also compared with the simulated results.Numerical simulation and the experiment prove that the elbow influence both the speed of gas-|solid about the burner and its concentration distribution.And the speed variation and concentration variation respectively reach 32%and 17%.So more ottention should be paid to the elbow layout during the design and operational process.
