固态发酵菜籽粕替代膨化豆粕对断奶仔猪生长性能及血清生化指标的影响
Effects of solid-state fermented rapeseed meal replacing expanding soybean meal on the growth performance and the blood biochemical parameters in weaned piglets
【摘要】 以固态发酵菜籽粕按不同比例等氮替代膨化豆粕,研究固态发酵菜籽粕对断奶仔猪生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。选用192头35日龄左右健康"杜×长×大"断奶仔猪,采用单因素4水平4重复设计,断奶仔猪分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复12头,公母比例为4∶8。对照组是未替代豆粕组,日粮中膨化豆粕的比例为20%;试验1、2和3组以固态发酵菜籽粕等氮分别替代20%、40%和60%的膨化豆粕。试验期31 d。结果表明:固态发酵菜籽粕替代膨化豆粕对断奶仔猪采食量、日增重、饲料转化效率和腹泻率无显著影响(P>0.05);对断奶仔猪血清总蛋白、尿素氮、T3、T4、碱性磷酸酶和血钙等也无显著影响(P>0.05);但在20%和40%的替代比例时血磷显著降低(P<0.05);血清免疫球蛋白IgA在40%替代比例时有着显著的提高(P<0.05),IgG、IgM的提高趋势与IgA一致,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验结果显示断奶仔猪日粮中以固态发酵菜籽粕替代部分膨化豆粕是可行的。
【Abstract】 A trial was conducted to study the effects of solid-state fermented rapeseed meal to replace part of expanding soybean meal on growth performance and serum biochemical parameters in weaned piglets.A total of 192 thirty-five-day-old weaned piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) were randomly divided into 4 treatments,4 replicate groups of 12 piglets male-female ratio was 4∶8 each for a 31-day feeding trial.In four treatment groups,solid-state fermentation rapeseed meal replaced expanding soybean meal at 0,20%,40% or 60%,respectively.The results showed that there were no significant effects on daily feed intake,daily gain,feed conversion ratio and diarrhea rate when the expanding soybean meal was replaced by the solid-state fermented rapeseed meal(P>0.05).There were also no significant effects on the content of serum total protein,blood urea nitrogen,T3,T4,alkaline phosphatase and serum calcium(P>0.05).However,the serum phosphorus was dramatically decreased in 20% and 40% of the replacement ratio,IgA was improved remarkably in 40% of the replacement ratio(P<0.05),the improving trend of IgG,IgM was consistent with IgA though not significant(P>0.05).The results indicated that it is feasible to use solid-state fermented rapeseed meal to replace part expanding soybean meal in diet of weaned piglets.
