近红外光谱分析技术及其在稻米品质改良中的应用

【摘要】 介绍了近红外光谱分析技术的原理、程序及特点。利用近红外光谱技术对宁夏200份育种材料的稻米胶稠度、直链淀粉含量、碱消值、蛋白质含量等进行了测定,其平均值分别为胶稠度66.34 mm、直链淀粉16.44%、碱消值6.36、蛋白质8.66%。近红外光谱技术分析结果与化学分析结果相近,可满足水稻育种中对低世代材料品质性状筛选的需要。

【Abstract】 Principle,program and features of near infrared spectral analysis technology were introduced.Rice adhesive strength,amylose content,minus away value,Protein content,etc of 200 parts Ningxia breeding materials were determined,those average value: rice adhesive strength was 66.34 mm,amylose content was 16.44%,gelatinization temperature was 63.6 ℃,protein content was 8.66%.The result of near infrared spectroscopy analysis was similer to the result of that by chemical method,which meet to the need of low generation materials quality character screening in rice breeding.
