【摘要】 目的:分析腹腔镜和传统直肠癌根治术近期疗效差异。方法:对我院2003-2008年间收治的56例直肠癌病例行回顾性对照分析。结果:腹腔镜组手术时间长于传统手术,术后血红蛋白、白蛋白下降较传统手术明显。腹腔镜组胃肠功能恢复早,术后发热时间短,并发症少。2组住院时间、费用,淋巴结数量、标本长度、下切缘长度相比差异无统计学意义。结论:腹腔镜直肠癌手术并发症少,恢复快、痛苦小,但腹腔镜术后水钠潴留导致血红蛋白、白蛋白浓度下降更为明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the differences of short-term outcomes between laparoscopic and open radical operations for rectal carcinoma.Methods: Fifty-six cases were enrolled into this study from 2003 to 2008.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results: Laparoscopic operation took longer to perform,but accompanied by more hemoglobin and albumin concentration decrease and slower fluid replacement.Enteric function and body temperature recovered sooner after laparoscopic operation.Fewer patients had complications in the laparoscopic group.The hospital stay and expenses were comparable between both groups.There were no differences on number of lymph nodes,length of specimen and tumor distance to distal resection margin.Conclusion: Laparoscopic operation for rectal carcinoma is equivalent in its treatment and shows advantages of lower postoperative morbidity,faster recovery and less suffering.But we should pay attention to the more remarkable decrease of hemoglobin and albumin.更多还原
