【摘要】 完善的激励政策有利于调动运动员、教练员和相关人员的积极性,有利于凝聚集体的智慧和力量,有利于推动全运会各项备战工作顺利、有序、高效的进行。笔者通过对江苏省近三届全运会的奖金、津贴及相关激励政策进行调研分析,得出了大家肯定并应坚持执行的以及可以进一步完善的现行激励政策,并通过深入研究,提出了进一步完善和改进激励政策的几点建议,为运动队的科学管理提供理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The perfect incentive policies are conducive to mobilization of athletes,coaches and related staff motivation is conducive to pool the collective wisdom and strength,is conducive to preparing for the Games of the smooth,orderly and efficient conduct.By the author of Three Games in Jiangsu Province near the bonuses,allowances and related incentives for research and analysis,we obtained positive and should adhere to the implementation and further improve existing incentive policies,and through in-depth study,the further refined and improved incentives for some suggestions for the scientific management of sports teams to provide a theoretical reference.更多还原
