水库淤积影响及对策研究
Research on reservoir sedimentation impact and its countermeasures
【摘要】 分析了水库淤积的影响及主要治理对策措施和方法,为我国的水库淤积治理和研究提供思路和想法,认为我国水库淤积研究应考虑建立水库淤积功能效益影响评价体系和指标,以科学地、经济地采用淤积治理措施,提出了加大水库淤积调查和未来商业模型研发支持力度的建议。
【Abstract】 The impact of reservoir sedimentation and its major treatments as well as methods are summarized and analyzed.Some ideas and thoughts of reservoir sedimentation management and treatment in China are proposed.It is realized that the assessment system and indicators of impact of function and benefits should be established in order to adopt sediment treatment measures in a scientific and economic way.A proposal for strengthening support to study reservoir sedimentation survey and research development and extension of commercial models is presented.
