推荐采用绕流管法测定泵站流量

【摘要】 介绍一种类同皮托管而优于标准皮托管的绕流管差压式流速.流量计。绕流管的突出优点在于:低压孔位置偏角在一定范围内流速系数不随雷诺数大小而变化;绕流管为细圆管,运用时"插入"被测管道,安装、维修方便。流速系数经准确标定的绕流管流速.流量计应是各类泵站简单、可信、准确度高的理想现场测流设备;绕流管流速.流量计可用作超声波流量计等其它泵站现场监测流量计的检定设备。

【Abstract】 The paper introduces a flow meter using circumferential flow pipe which is similar to but better than the Pitot Tube.The prominent advantages of this flow meter include:constant velocity coefficient with variable Reynods number within certain range due to the lower pressure hole arrangement,easy installation and maintenance due to its insertion design and so on.The circumferential flow pipe flow meter system is an ideal in-situ flow measurement device for all types of pump stations with advantages of simplicity,reliability and accuracy.Futhermore,it can be used as a standard flow meter calibration system for other comprehensive in-situ flow meters including supersonic flow meter and so on.
