高压共轨系统水击压力波动现象试验

【摘要】 柴油机高压共轨喷油系统中的水击压力波动对多次喷射的精确控制至关重要.使用电磁式共轨多次喷射装置,进行了水击压力波传播现象的试验研究.得出了单次、多次喷射条件下,喷射过程中及喷射结束后共轨和喷油器入口的压力时间曲线和喷油率曲线.研究了共轨系统水击现象产生的机理;解释了系统控制参数,亦即压力和喷油脉宽与水击压力波动的频率和振幅的关系;总结了水击压力波动对同一喷油器多次喷射和喷油器之间的顺序喷射的影响.

【Abstract】 The water hammer pressure wave in high pressure common rail(CR)system plays an important role in the controlling of multi-injection.To get a deep insight on water hammer pressure wave phenomena,a detailed experimental study on a CR Multi-jet equipment of the solenoid type was con-ducted,including pressure time histories in the rail and at the injector inlet,as well as flow-rate,for the single and multi injection events.Mechanism of water hammer induced pressure oscillation was studied,and the relationships between wave frequency/amplitude and rail pressure/injection pulse width are clari-fied.The influence of water hammer pressure wave on multi-injection and consecutive injectors was sum-marized.
