【摘要】 目的:讨论16层螺旋CT对上、下颌骨骨折的的诊断价值。方法:总结分析了100例上、下颌骨骨折的病例,运用MPR、CPR、VR、MIP等后处理技术对图像进行重组分析。结果:经过以上后处理技术的联合运用,所有病例都得到准确的诊断。结论:16层螺旋CT多种后处理技术的合理运用,不仅能对上、下颌骨骨折作出准确的诊断,同时更能够对骨折术前和术后的情况作出客观的评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the diagnostic value of maxillary and submaxillary fracture on 16 slice Spiral CT.Methods: 100 patients with maxillary and submaxillary fracture were summarized and analyzed.A number of post-processing of images were done with MPR,CPR,VR and MIP methods on the multi-slice CT.Results: After using these above processing techniques of joint,all cases of maxillary and submaxillary fracture were accurately diagnosed.Conclusion: On the 16 slice spiral CT,these various processing techniques for joint can not only make quite accurate diagnosis of maxillary and submaxillary fracture,but also assess objectively the preoperative and postoperative situation of fracture.更多还原
